ADDITIONAL NOTE
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
BOOKING FEE
A booking fee is required to secure your preferred time slot and will be deducted from your final bill. The booking fee is refundable only if you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy.
OVERTIME
If your session exceeds the booked time, additional hourly charges will apply.
PAYMENT
The rental fee must be paid at least 1 day (24 hours) before the booking date. If payment is not completed within this timeframe, the booking will be automatically canceled, and the booking fee will not be refunded.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit is required to cover potential damages or cleaning costs. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the session, minus any applicable charges.
ADD ON(S)
Optional production crew services, such as a gaffer, producer, or sound technician, are available. Please get in touch with us for pricing and availability.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
The studio is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your session. By booking, you agree to indemnify and hold Snowee Creative Marketing harmless from any claims or liabilities.
